I was very disappointed to see the birthday arrangement that was sent. I specifically said no fall colors. I asked for bright colors. The flowers were orange and yellows there was a lot of filler. It was a 40.00 arrangement and there were 3 roses in it a Gerbera daisy and maybe five yellow daisies. I had also asked for some liatris for height. I feel that there could have been less expensive flowers added as in carnations in bright colors. She did mention her truck was arriving that afternoon. I feel if she couldn't have done as I requested she should have contacted me so I could gave made a different choice.

Ordered flowers on 9/13 to be delivered on 9/15 at a location only a few blocks away from the florist. Flowers were not delivered on 9/15. I called the shop and was told they would make sure the flowers were delivered the following day and someone from the florist would call me back to make it right. No call, no voicemail and no flowers on 9/16. On 9/17, still no flowers. I called the shop again and was directed to a call service and was told they could not refund my money and that, again, someone from the shop would call me. UPDATE: Spoke with Sheri, the shop owner, on 9/24 (she had called on 9/19, but I missed her call). She reports the new call service had not communicated well with the store creating a mishap and misplaced order. It sounds like this is not a common occurrence for this shop and that she wanted to make things right. Although the intended recipient for the flowers was no longer in Billings, Sheri went out of her way to contact a flower shop in Bozeman (Budget Bouquet) to ensure flowers were still sent (at no charge AND she refunded my original order). Sheri really showed that she’d go above and beyond to make things right! Sheri, I appreciate your customer service

A&E floral is amazing!! The owner was so helpful. I personally wanted to arrange my own bouquets and had a vision in mind and she looked through pictures with me, pulled out pictures of what she could order and had me look through them, and called for prices on all the different flowers I liked then called her whole sellers back and got different prices for me when I had picked out a flower over my price rang. It was so fun working with her for my wedding and I would highly recommend her to anyone for their wedding!

Hands down, one of the best floral shops I have ever worked with! Not only are the floral arrangements beautiful and fresh, the service that comes with them is exceptional. You can tell the owner takes pride in her work and delivers high a quality product. Very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. Definitely recommend A&E Floral!

Not exactly what I ordered, but still gorgeous! Will be interested in the future to see if arrangement contents become more consistent with the item description and photos as listed on website. Brava!
